El Milagro brings an authentic taste of Mexican cuisine to Dublin. First established in June 2021 by Julian & his mum Maribal, El Milagro is their way to share their food culture with the lovely people of Ireland.

For this two day pop up, the El Milagro crew will serve a five-course taster menu with options for both meat eaters and veggies. Margarita cocktails will be flowing too!

Irish Food & Drink Month & Hen’s Teeth are delighted to present Beár Bia, a dinner series that celebrates the best of Irish food and drinks county by county. The first edition ‘Wicklow’ takes place on 19th & 20th October and pairs ingredients & beverages from some of the best producers in the Garden of Ireland.
Hen’s Teeth head chef Dylan Mullen (and Wicklow native) has created a four-course menu that brings together the incredible produce and flavours from the county. These have been paired with a drinks list by renowned drinks expert and champion of Irish beers and spirits Oisín Davis. The October edition will launch the series and we will return with every county in Ireland in the new year.

DINNER | 25 OCTOBER MSG Noods

Marcus was just a home chef with a love for ramen until lockdown happened. Finding himself, with a lot of time on his hands, that passion became a mission – to make the best ramen in Dublin.

To perfect his recipe, he spent a lot (a lot) of time on the internet, finding recipes on Reddit, deep diving channels on YouTube and finding like-minded people: homecooks, chefs and shop owners to compare notes on recipes and everything else ramen-related.

MSG Noods is the result of those years of testing and trialing the best ramen recipes. Marcus brings his MSG Noods pop-up to Hen’s Teeth for one night only on the 25th October.
