The menu offers exceptional value dining for The Ivy guests with two courses for €30.95 or three courses for €36.95

January 2026: The Ivy Dawson Street has welcomed back its much-loved Taste of Ireland menu with a host of new additions. Perfect for leisurely lunches or early dinners, the menu offers The Ivy guests the opportunity to enjoy one course for €22.95, two beautifully curated courses for just €30.95, or make it a three-course dining experience for just €36.95. A celebration of exceptional local produce, The Taste of Ireland menu is available Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 6pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

The starter selection showcases bold flavours and thoughtful combinations, from the comforting Irish Stout and Onion Soup topped with Irish soda bread croutons and gratinated Hegarty’s cheddar, to the vibrant Tamarind, Beetroot and Endive Salad with red chicory, plant-based cream, kohlrabi and cranberries, served with an apple cider dressing. Other standout dishes include Galway Bay Organic Smoked Salmon Tagliolini with a delicious cheese sauce, capers, lemon zest and tomato, and a delicate and creamy Twice-baked Souffle topped with gratinated Hegarty’s Cheddar and mozzarella.

For the main event, the Taste of Ireland menu delivers comforting classics alongside lighter, contemporary options. The ever-popular Ivy Shepherd’s Pie features slow-braised Blackface lamb and beef topped with a smooth potato mash and Hegarty’s cheddar cheese and finished with a red wine sauce. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Bantry Bay Organic Salmon accompanied by a white bean and leek cassoulet, crispy chorizo and baby onions. Vegetarian diners are catered for with the Chargrilled Irish Halloumi, paired with giant couscous, smoked aubergine, Padrón peppers, pomegranate, toasted almonds and Velvet Cloud labneh. For an added indulgence, guests can upgrade to the Chargrilled John Stone Bistro Steak, served with garlic butter, Koffman’s fries, Diane sauce and crispy onions, for a supplement of €7.50.

For a fittingly decadent finale, diners can opt to make it a three-course special with something sweet. Choices include a rich and smooth Baileys Caramel Chocolate Mousse with dulce de leche and topped with Oreo crumb, caramelised hazelnuts and chocolate shards; Flambéed Dubliner Whiskey Crème Brûlée with silky vanilla custard and a golden caramelised sugar crust; or Milleen’s Cheese served with Sheridan’s chutney, seeded crackers, celery and mixed grapes. For a lighter option guests can choose from a selection of Silver Pail Ice Creams and Sorbets in a range of house flavours including pistachio, lemon, mango and passionfruit and yoghurt ice-cream, all served with homemade butter shortbread.
