Watch our Executive Pastry Chefs, Ludo Lantier and Caroline Nelson showcase their top tips for summer baking, using their favourite seasonal ingredient – strawberries. Grown on Clarke’s farm in Co. Meath, Ludo will showcase how versatile these berries are from pre desse making to stunning centre piece desserts.
