Hawksmoor’s Best Burger yet… | Royale with Cheese
Described by Group Executive Head Chef Matt Brown as “better than the Big Matt” these are big words from the man behind what was once named the world’s best burger… Two layers of beef & bone marrow patties – smashed, salted and grilled, topped off with two slices of cheese, ketchup, mustard, spiked mayo, raw onions and chopped pickles all sandwiched between a soft buttered bun. Elevated Sunday Roasts
Sunday roasts at Hawksmoor aren’t just a meal – they’re a full-on feast and a beloved tradition among regulars who bring their nearest and dearest to settle into the buzz. Fair warning: this is not a nibble and dash. Think hearty, comfort-heavy plates, especially if you’re tempted by the sides, and they have just taken their classic Sunday Roast and made them just that bit better with the option to upgrade your plate to dry aged rump or sirloin. Beef cooked to perfection, served with towering Yorkshire puds, golden, crispy roast potatoes, veggies, indulgent cauliflower cheese, Hawksmoor’s signature stuffing, and of course, lashings of Hawksmoor’s famous gravy. Whether it’s a long-overdue catch-up, a celebratory gathering, or simply your favourite way to spend a Sunday, elevate the occasion with a roast worth lingering over.
