An evening that brings true farm-to-fork dining to life.
Lisnavagh Estate invites guests to begin with a private tour of its historic Walled Garden, led by market gardener and permaculture teacher Andrew Jordan, whose regenerative approach focuses on chemical-free, nutrient-rich growing.
From soil to plate, the experience continues with a seasonal feast celebrating just-harvested garden produce alongside locally sourced barbecued meats, designed and cooked by chef Steve Mercer.
