Dublin’s favourite eatery enters a new chapter with a contemporary all-day and evening dining experience
Dublin, Ireland – As KC Peaches celebrates 20 years in business, the well-known Dublin food brand is stepping into a more ambitious chapter with Peaches Brasserie, a concept that reflects a clear shift from its daytime roots to a more elevated, all-day and evening dining experience.
The move marks a significant evolution for the business, balancing the heritage that built its original following with a more confident and contemporary approach. While the space and menu have been reimagined, the brand’s long-standing focus on quality ingredients and warm service remains unchanged.
Reaching the 20-year milestone in 2026 highlights KC Peaches’ longevity in a competitive market, while also signalling a brand that is growing up, moving with its customers and carving out a stronger position within Dublin’s premium casual dining scene.
Designed to reflect how Dubliners eat today, Peaches Brasserie spans the full day, from morning coffees and breakfast meetings to more relaxed, social dining in the evening, responding to growing demand beyond the previous breakfast and lunch offering. The restaurant accommodates 81 seated diners across the main restaurant space, creating a setting for everything from casual catchups to evening dining. Peaches Brasserie also features a dedicated private dining room for up to 20 guests, offering a more intimate space for celebrations and special occasions, corporate gatherings and private events in the heart of the city.
At the centre of the concept is a renewed focus on flavour and technique, including fire-led cooking on their Josper grill, still relatively rare in Dublin. This brings a richer, more indulgent edge to the menu, with dishes built around depth of flavour and quality produce.
“Our Josper grill is a huge part of the identity of Peaches Brasserie,” says Executive Head Chef Michael McKernan. “It allows us to bring flavours to the plate that we couldn’t achieve by using anything else. Not only does the Josper bring serious theatre to the restaurant it hits very high temperatures allowing us to gain a beautiful crust, which locks in the natural flavours of the meat and vegetables, and also gives an incredible smoky flavour.”
The offering marks a shift towards a broader menu, spanning everything from Full Irish breakfasts and shakshuka to steaks, sharing plates and more considered evening dishes.
Founder, Katie Cantwell, notes that; “Peaches Brasserie is the natural evolution of everything we’ve built over the last 20 years. We wanted to develop a space that is more representative of how people eat today, casual and social while still retaining the quality and care that people know us for. This next phase is all about growing and believing in this new concept. We have a great base to build on, but we are pushing into more ambitious territory, especially with our evening offer and our focus on fire-led cooking. It’s a really exciting step for our team and our customers.”
