Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 

Ingredients (serves 2)

 

375ml (1.5 cup) Milk of choice

45g (1/2 cup) Flahavan’s jumbo Oat Flakes

45g (1/2 cup) Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets

1/2 tspvanilla essence

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp peanut butter 

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp chia seeds 

 

Method

Combine the ingredients (milk, oats vanilla essence & maple syrup) and store overnight in the fridge.

In the morning add banana and your favourite toppings such as cocoa nibs, quinoa pops, chopped nuts and peanut butter.

 

Cranberry & Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients (serves 2)

1/2 cup Flahavan’s Chia & Cranberry Overnight Oats 

3 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup (125 ml) almond milk

1/2 cup (125 ml) natural yogurt 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

 

Method

Combine the ingredients and store overnight in the fridge. 

In the morning add fresh berries and top with toasted almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup. It couldn’t be simpler!
