Whether its Summer Afternoon Tea, lounging on the garden terrace or if you’re looking for a Sunday roast or a leisurely brunch a new menu is available for the summer months.

Offering a variety of classic and exciting contemporary dishes including refreshing light bites such as Chicken and Waffle – Fluffy Waffles, Guacamole Fried Buttermilk Chicken Breast; Parma Ham Benedict – Toasted Sourdough, Spinach, Parma Ham, Poached Free Range Eggs, Hollandaise Sauce; Soup of the Day; Classic Caeser Salad with Chicken or Crab; Burrata – with Broad Bean Pesto & Preserved Lemons; and Carlingford Lough Oysters – Lemon, Tabasco, Sauce Mignonette Oysters.

For mains the menu includes Roasted Striploin of Irish Beef with Roast Potatoes, Greens, Baby Carrots, Yorkshire Pudding, Red Wine Jus; Pan Fried Atlantic Cod, Pea Purée, Broad Beans, Spring Onion, Peas, Brown Shrimps Butter; Tuscan Pasta e Ceci – Rigatoni Pasta, Chickpeas & Tomatoe; InterContinental Beef Burger, a 6oz Beef Patty, Maple & Mustard Sauce, Tomato, Lettuce, Crispy Bacon, Highbank Apple Orchard Balsamic Onions, Auricchio Cheese, Skinny Fries;  and Classic Fish & Chips, served with Mushy Peas, Tartare Sauce & Skinny Fries.

For dessert you can indulge in some delicious trets from Hea pastry Chef Orna Larkin – Warm Gooseberry and Custard Brioche Bun; Chocolate and Hazelnut Bombolini; Raspberry and White Chocolate Frangipane Tart, and Dulche de Léche Creme Brulee, with Salted Caramel Sable Biscuit.

The new Sunday Roast & Brunch menu is served in the Lobby Lounge overlooking the Garden Terrace and is available from 12pm to 4pm each Sunday
