On May 6th, Jp McMahon of Aniar will join Andy McFadden at Glovers Alley for an exclusive one-night-only collaboration between two Michelin-starred restaurants.
The evening marks the first in a series of events celebrating 15 years of Aniar. Both chefs will create a tasting menu that reflects their individual styles, while showcasing a selection of signature dishes that have defined Aniar over the past decade and a half.
Jp McMahon will present dishes from Aniar’s past and present, offering a reflection on its evolution over 15 years, alongside contemporary creations from Andy McFadden and the Glovers Alley team.
The result is a rare opportunity for guests to experience two distinct Michelin-starred approaches in a single evening — one rooted in the West of Ireland’s terroir, the other shaped by Andy McFadden’s modern European style.
Jp McMahon said, “I am really looking forward to starting our 15 Years of Aniar celebrations by being back in the kitchen with Andy and his team. Collaborations like this create a wonderful sense of camaraderie, and we always learn a great deal from each other. It also gives guests the opportunity to experience two distinct styles of cooking in one evening through a truly unique tasting menu.”
The tasting menu will be €170 per person, with an optional wine pairing at €120 per person.
