Esquires Coffee at Findlater House, 28-32 O’Connell Street in Dublin city centre has been selected by Retail Excellence Ireland (REI) as one of its top 100 stores in Ireland for 2018. The judging process involved a mystery visit carried out by REI, which awarded Esquires Coffee, Findlater House, 28-32 O’Connell Street, Dublin a 98% score.
Tony McVerry, who heads up the Esquires Coffee operation in Ireland, said, “Retail Excellence is Ireland’s leading force in promoting excellence in retailing in Ireland including through its Top 100 Store Awards in Ireland each year. REI had a record entry with well over 500 stores taking part this year. The results are now out and I am delighted to say that we have three stores in the Top 100, including our 28-32 O’Connell Street, Dublin store. Indeed, we are the only company in Ireland to have three stores successful in this initial phase.”
Sonia Kajani, franchise owner of Esquires Coffee, Findlater House, 28-32 O’Connell Street, Dublin, said, “I would like to congratulate the management and staff in our Findlater House store who can be very proud of their achievement. To achieve Top 100 status, a score of at least 90% would have been required, so for us to have achieved 98% is a magnificent score.”
