DREAM POINT’S ‘ALICE’S WONDERLAND’ OFFICIALLY OPENS TODAY IN DUBLIN – PLUS ANNOUNCING NEW ADULT ‘ALICE AFTER DARK’ EXPERIENCE AND WINE SERVICE LAUNCHING THIS WEEK

Following huge early demand, the immersive Wonderland takeover officially opens its doors today in the Docklands

Dublin, Ireland, Monday 23rd March 2026: Following a wave of national media coverage and strong early ticket demand, Dream Point’s highly anticipated Alice’s Wonderland immersive venue takeover is now officially open to the public from today.

The €3 million ‘world of dreams’ in Dublin’s Docklands has undergone its most ambitious transformation to date, reimagining the entire 21,000 sq ft venue as a surreal, multi-room Wonderland inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. In

Early previews over the weekend saw hundreds of media, celebrities and more step inside the experience for the first time, with the venue hosting a fully booked press and VIP’s family day preview ahead of opening.

“We’ve been blown away by the response so far,” said Dream Point co-founder Dan Gleeson. “To see so many families, creators and media step into Wonderland for the first time this weekend and react in real time has been incredibly rewarding. From today, we’re excited to officially open the doors to the public and welcome Dublin in.”

A Wonderland for All Ages & Now, For After Dark

While Alice’s Wonderland is designed as a daytime experience for families, Dream Point has also confirmed a brand-new ‘Alice After Dark’ series launching this week.

Taking place on Friday evenings, the over 18s only experience transforms the venue into a more atmospheric, late night version of Wonderland, pairing immersive visuals with a newly secured wine licence, allowing guests to enjoy a drink as they explore.

“This is something completely new for us,” added Gleeson. “We saw huge demand for our previous After Dark events, so bringing that concept into Alice’s Wonderland, and adding a new wine offering, allows us to create a very different kind of immersive night out in Dublin. We know such immersive experiences with drinks are hugely popular in cities like London and Berlin, so we’re really hoping it takes off here in Dublin too”.

Inside the Rabbit Hole

At the heart of the experience is a 20 minute 360° projection show in Dream Point’s state of the art Projection Room, where cinematic visuals and sound transform the space into a living, shifting Wonderland.

Beyond this, visitors can explore a series of interactive and highly visual installations, including:

  • The Cheshire Cat Balloon Room, where a glowing face appears and disappears using UV effects

  • The Mad Tea Table, a projection mapped interactive dining illusion

  • The Falling Tree, marking Alice’s entry into Wonderland through a surreal visual moment

  • Giant inflatable Pocket Watch above Ireland’s largest ball-pit.

  • Alice’s Mushrooms, a whimsical, oversized fantasy landscape located in the Photo Op room.

Each room has been designed to blend storytelling, technology and play, creating a highly photogenic and shareable experience for visitors.

A New Chapter for Dream Point

The Alice concept arrives in Dublin following its success at Kunstkraftwerk in Germany, with Dream Point adapting and expanding the experience through original scenography, new installations and AI generated visuals.

“With Alice’s Wonderland, we aren’t just presenting an experience, we’re evolving what Dream Point can be,” said John Gleeson, co-founder. “Whether you’re visiting with family during the day or coming back for After Dark, there are layers to this that make it something you can experience more than once.”
