Matcha Yoghurt Hemp Bites

Ingredients
  • 300g plain 5 – 10% fat Greek yoghurt*
  • 2 – 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 – 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp Linwoods hemp seeds

 

Directions
  1. Whisk together the maple syrup or honey with the matcha powder using a small whisk or matcha whisk.
  2. Add this syrupy mixture to the yoghurt and whisk to combine.
  3. Fold in the hemp seeds and pomegranate.
  4. Place mounds of the mixture onto a baking paper lined tray or use a silicone muffin tin.
  5. Place this into the freezer for at least three hours to set. Remove from the freezer 3 – 5 minutes before consuming.

 

*Or dairy free alternative. These are best with a higher fat yoghurt so if choosing dairy free option opt for a coconut or nut based yoghurt.
