Enjoy freshly baked bread and butter using Irish producers Mungo Murphy’s delicious seaweed butter and Odaios grain bread with a selection of starters that include, confit lamb belly or pressed vegetable terrine. Followed by a main of monkfish from local fishmonger Wrights of Marino served with black rice, duck breast from served with potato and chervil gnocchi, or a spiced butternut squash with bulgur and mushroom from All Fresh in Cork, with gremolata finished with buttermilk & smoked cheddar foam and roasted almonds. For dessert there’s Solstice Ice Cream, made with Irish grass-fed milk, and seasonal delights of raspberry and pistachio mille-feuille or a banana and sea salt chocolate tart to indulge.
