Ingredients

300g plain 5 – 10% fat Greek yoghurt*

2 – 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 – 2 tbsp matcha powder

3 tbsp pomegranate

3 tbsp Linwoods hemp seeds
Directions

Whisk together the maple syrup or honey with the matcha powder using a small whisk or matcha whisk.

Add this syrupy mixture to the yoghurt and whisk to combine.

Fold in the hemp seeds and pomegranate.

Place mounds of the mixture onto a baking paper lined tray or use a silicone muffin tin.

Place this into the freezer for at least three hours to set. Remove from the freezer 3 – 5 minutes before consuming.
