One lucky Dublin customer to win a year’s supply of cookies10th Feb 2026: Irish baked-goods brand and social media sensation SOS Cookies is bringing its much-loved cookies to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre this February with the opening of a limited-time pop-up in Dublin.
Open from 11th February, the pop-up will be located just off the main rotunda, outside H&M in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, offering Dublin shoppers the chance to experience SOS Cookies in person. To mark the occasion, one lucky customer will win a year’s supply of SOS Cookies during the duration of the pop-up.
The Liffey Valley location will feature a Dublin-exclusive bake, created especially for the pop-up, Kinderella, an indulgent fusion of Kinder chocolate and Nutella that’s set to be a hit with local fans. On opening morning, the first 20 customers in line will also receive a free SOS Cookies tote bag, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Opening a pop-up in Liffey Valley feels like a natural next step for us. We absolutely love meeting customers in person, and Kinderella was created with Dublin fans in mind. We’ve sold out quickly on opening days before, so we’d definitely encourage people to arrive early.”
The Dublin pop-up follows a year of strong growth for SOS Cookies in 2025, which saw the brand expand its national presence and continue to build a loyal customer base across Ireland through retail, online, and corporate orders.
