A new Sunday lunch experience has arrived at The Blue Haven Bistro, in the heart of Kinsale, Cork and includes a glorious Sunday Roast with all the trimmings.
The talented kitchen team at the Blue Haven Bistro has crafted a Sunday Roast menu of dreams. Using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from West Cork producers, every dish celebrates the best of local produce and traditional Sunday dining.
The Sunday Roast offers a choice of meats from local supplier McCarthy’s Family Butcher, including 12-hour braised beef, roast leg of lamb, Angus prime rib, and traditional roast turkey or chicken, each served with homemade Yorkshire pudding, beef fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed seasonal vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, stuffing and house gravy. Classic sides such as pigs in blankets and cauliflower gratin add extra indulgence to the meal, while seafood lovers will enjoy the catch of the day with a lemon-caper sauce.
To finish, guests can indulge in traditional Sunday lunch desserts such as Sticky Toffee Pudding, a rich date sponge served with vanilla ice cream, the decadent 8-Layer Chocolate Cake, the indulgent Blue Haven Sundae, or the classic Crème Caramel, offering a sweet finale to the afternoon.
