Dunes Bar & Bistro at Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa Wins Silver at the Bar of the Year Awards

Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa is raising a glass to success after Dunes Bar & Bistro was awarded Silver in the “Hotel Bar of the Year” category at the prestigious Bar of the Year Awards 2025 that took place on August 18th at the Burlington Hotel.

The award is a testament to Dunes Bar & Bistro’s warm welcome, spectacular coastal location, and dedication to great hospitality. To mark the occasion, Inchydoney is sharing the recipe for one of its signature cocktails, the Five Farms Espresso Martini, which is a favourite among guests. Please find the recipe and imagery below.

Inchydoney’s Five Farms Espresso Martini 

Serves 1

Ingredients:
½ Shot of Vodka
½ Shot of Kahlua
1 ½ Shots of West Cork Five Farms Liqueur
1 Double Espresso
Ice
Chilled Martini Glass
Method:
Add ingredients to the shaker,
Add 2 scoops of ice & then a double espresso,
Shake well & strain into a chilled glass with no ice,
Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top & fresh mint.
