Guests will be taken on a culinary journey to see in the new year, beginning with decadent starters such as Prawn Cocktail with Caviar, an indulgent Twice-Baked Hegarty’s Cheddar Soufflé, and seared, hand-cut Oak-Smoked Beef Tartare, served with parmesan and egg yolk on top of granary toast.
Showstopping mains bring both theatre and elegance — from Lobster Linguine with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, basil and roasted garlic and Pan fried Fillet of Sea Basswith Champagne-caviar velouté to a perfectly grilled John Stone Fillet Steak with truffle chips. To finish, choose from decadent desserts including a special version of The Ivy’s signature Chocolate Bombe, filled with vanilla ice cream, Champagne jelly and honeycomb, a Dubliner Whiskey Crème Brûlée, served with a winter berry compote and shortbread or a refreshing Sicilian Lemon Sorbet with Champagne.
