  • Timing is everything: Don’t rush the process. Bring the bird to room temperature before popping in the oven. This will give you more reliable timings and ensure meat is tender and juicy. Plus, don’t forget to let your turkey rest for up to one hour after removing it from the oven. 
  • Don’t forget to baste: Remember to baste regularly. It’s important to keep your turkey moist throughout the cooking process, so be sure to re-baste at regular intervals.
