M&S is delighted to announce a brand-new partnership with Former World Young Chef of the Year and Forbes 30 Under 30 lister, Mark Moriarty. A cooking force to be reckoned with, the Dublin-based chef holds a coveted position at the two-Michelin-starred Greenhouse Restaurant.

Mark has teamed up with M&S brand ambassador and Ireland rugby legend, Peter O’Mahony to help him create some seriously delicious BBQ burger recipes using fantastic ingredients from the M&S summer food range. Together, they have created two burgers that combine flavour, passion and represent summer barbecuing at its best.

The Green Machine burger combines the succulent M&S Best Ever Burgers topped with crispy bacon, comte cheese, gherkins, capers and the M&S Special Burger Sauce (a must!). The addition of green capers and gherkins pairs perfectly with beef, making this a brilliant explosion of summer-flavour.

To make this at home, all you’ll need is:

4 M&S Best Ever Burgers

4 M&S Brioche buns

8 Slices thick cut streaky bacon

8 Slices comte cheese

1 White onion, sliced

4 Gherkins, sliced

Handful Capers

Shredded Lettuce

M&S Special Burger Sauce

For a hot and spicy BBQ recipe, Mark has created a twist on a classic burger and uses lamb mince as an alternative to traditional beef when it comes to BBQing. Introducing the Sport ‘n’ Spice burger – Incredible Full on Flavour Lamb Burgers topped with spicy slaw, natural yoghurt and Peter’s favourite red-hot jalapenos. This burger is loaded with flavour!

To make this at home, all you’ll need is:

4 M&S Full on Flavour Lamb Burgers

4 M&S Brioche buns

1 Jar jalapenos

100g Natural yoghurt, seasoned with salt

1/4 Head white cabbage, thinly sliced
