Graduation Menu
To help graduates celebrate properly, Hawksmoor Dublin has launched a special Graduation Menu available throughout June. Designed for one of life’s biggest milestones, the menu offers a three-course experience starting at €65 per person, with a complimentary glass of prosecco for each graduate and their guest.
The menu features starters such as beef fillet carpaccio, Duncannon smoked salmon and ash-baked beetroots, followed by mains including fillet steak, ribeye, monkfish or Ballylisk Wellington, served with a choice of side. To finish, guests can choose between Hawksmoor’s Sticky Toffee Pudding or Blueberry & Basil Whipped Cheesecake.
To receive the menu, quote ‘Graduation’ when booking your table. Available seven days a week throughout June.
Summer Set Lunch Menu
Hawksmoor has also introduced a new Summer Set Lunch Menu, perfect for quick lunches, pre-theatre dining, or a mid-shopping refuel. Available from €33 for two courses or €38 for three courses, guests can also enjoy a main course and side for €28.
To start, guests can choose from potted beef and bacon served with Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy, ash-baked beetroots with pickled fennel and horseradish crème fraîche, or a Kylemore Caesar salad with Cantabrian anchovies. Main courses showcase seasonal dishes including 35-Day Dry-Aged Rump Steak, Charcoal Chicken Ana Mari, Roast Hake, and Roasted Celeriac & Spelt, accompanied by a side of choice.
For dessert, guests can enjoy a Sticky Toffee Sundae, Blueberry & Basil whipped Cheesecake, or Spiced Pineapple & Mango pavlova.
Summer Desserts
Separately, Hawksmoor Dublin is serving a selection of new summer desserts. Highlights include a Strawberry Tart with strawberry and prosecco sauce, almond cake and strawberry sorbet; a Spiced Pineapple & Mango Pavlova with mango cream, spiced tequila sauce, mango sorbet and shaved pineapple; and a Blueberry & Basil Whipped Cheesecake with lemon granite, oat tuile and blueberry & basil compote. Yum!
