Fade Street Studios transformed into choco heaven as early crowds line the streets two hours before doors open for one-day-only free takeover
Dublin, 28 May 2026: Tony’s Chocolonely launches its first-ever Irish Free Chocolate Experience at Fade Street Studios today. With the sun out over the capital, hundreds of chocolate lovers began queuing from 10am this morning, a full two hours before doors opened.
The two-floor immersive takeover has transformed the venue into a bold, colourful world of chunky chocolate, interactive installations and storytelling spaces, all brought to life around Tony’s mission to end exploitation in the cocoa industry.
With footfall continuing to surge into the afternoon, entry is staggered to ensure a smooth flow through the experience. Visitors may expect some wait time, though free chocolate is guaranteed for everyone who makes it through the doors today!
Nicola Matthews, Head of Marketing UK&I at Tony’s Chocolonely, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled by the turnout in Dublin today – the queues from this morning really blew us away. This experience is all about sharing our chocolate and our mission to end exploitation in cocoa, and seeing so many people come out for it, in the Dublin sunshine no less, means everything to us.”
