The new Sunday Roast Menu, available every Sunday features Roly’s famous 28-day aged Roast Hereford Rib of Beef with Yorkshire pudding and pepper sauce and all the trimmings
The new two course menu is €36.95, with 3 courses at €41.95.
In true retro style…Roly’s chefs will freshly carve your roast beef from the carving trolley on the Terrace and add all the trimmings including creamed cabbage, potato dauphinoise and buttered carrots.
Choose from 8 starters on the menu, including Tian of Crab & Apple with Dublin Bay Prawns; Five Flaggy Shore Oysters (Dainties) with red wine & shallot dressing; Dublin Bay Prawn Bisque; Glin Valley Chicken Liver Pate, with spiced golden raisin & apple chutney or a traditional freshly made soup of the day.
Moving to the Sunday Roasts which include the Roast Hereford Rib of Beef; Roast Loin of Irish Pork, Basil, Apple & Sausage Stuffing; and Roast Breast of Chicken with Clonakilty Black Pudding & Red Wine Jus with spring onion mash.
Other dishes on the Sunday Lunch menu include Roly’s popular Traditional Kerry Lamb Pie with roasted parsnip & thyme; Roast Fillet of Clare Island Salmon and the infamous Dublin Bay Prawns in garlic, chilli and ginger butter (suppl.).
All desserts are handmade by Roly’s Pastry Chefs and include the popular Glazed Pear & Almond Tart; Sticky Toffee Pudding with rum & raisin ice cream; and Raspberry & White Chocolate Meringue Roulade with lemon curd…
