While away a few hours in the sumptuous and relaxing surroundings of the Lobby Lounge or Reading Room with views over the Hotel’s Garden Terrace and all its spring goodness courtesy of resident gardener Nick!
Guests can enjoy an array of delicious savouries including hot Spring Sliders, a delicious beef patty with truffle mayo and Auricchio cheese on a freshly baked brioche bun;
Roast Ham, brie and maple mustard sauce on crunchy ciabatta; Irish Smoked Salmon and Dill Cream Cheese on soda bread and Spring Leek and Goats Cheese Quiche.
Then next indulge in the Hotel’s delicious freshly baked scones, a selection of fluffy plain and fruit scones served with clotted cream and a selection of homemade mango and raspberry preserves, followed by decadent desserts created by Orna including Banana Baileys Choux Bun, a decadent Banana Cremeux with Caramelised Baileys Ganache ; Pistachio and Pineapple Financier, a tangy Pineapple Compote and Vanilla Crème Patisserie; a seasonal Rhubarb Tart made with Orna’s’ short crust pastry and Elderflower Mousse and a refreshing Lemon and Mint Mille Feuille….

Spring Afternoon Tea is available until Friday the 27th of March with three seating times available to book – 12.00pm, 12.15pm or 12.30pm; 14.15pm, 14.30pm or 14.45pm or 16.15pm or 16.30pm. Spring Afternoon Tea is €62 pp; €79 pp with Sparkling Tea; €82 pp with a Glass of Perrier Jouët or €87 pp with a glass of Perrier Jouët Rosé Champagne.
