Dublin’s award-winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant Saba is ringing in the festive season with the launch of its Christmas menus, going live on Thursday, 13th November. Head Chef Yo and his team have created a special menu that combines bold, authentic Thai flavours with seasonal favourites, alongside the return of Saba’s famous festive cocktail menu.
Guests can enjoy a delicious array of seasonal dishes, whether joining for lunch or dinner. The Lunch Menu starts from €44.95, and the Dinner Menu is €64.95. Highlights include classics such as Massaman Curry and Crispy Chilli Chicken, alongside festive specials like Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank and Hake in Banana Leaf. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are also available, ensuring there is something for everyone.
Saba’s festive cocktails are back, featuring favourites such as the Snowball with Bacardi Carta Oro Rum, coconut & passionfruit purée, vanilla & popcorn syrup and Elf on the Shelf with Bombay Bramble Gin, raspberry liqueur, maple spice syrup, lime & cranberry juice. For a whimsical twist, try Santa’s Little Helpers: Twinkle-Toes with Tito’s Vodka, hazelnut liqueur, passion fruit purée & lime, Pointy-Ears with Tito’s Vodka, ginger syrup, lime & peach bitters, or Elfie-Split with Tito’s Vodka, coffee & banana liqueur, and chocolate sauce
