Spooky season is almost here, but there is nothing scary about the newly launched Halloween Afternoon Tea at the five-star InterContinental Dublin.
For those who like to get into the sprit of the occasion…Halloween Afternoon Tea will be served in the elegant surroundings of The Lobby Lounge and Reading Room from the 20th of October to the 2nd of November from 12pm and 4.30pm.
Get into the Halloween mood, take your seat and prepare to be spooked!
Enjoy the range of delicious savouries including Lobster Brioche and Chef’s Quiche Lorraine, and then enjoy fluffy homemade scones before tantalising your ‘Dracula’ tastebuds with a special Halloween twist including Pumpkin Spice Pannacotta – baked pumpkin and spiced brown sugar come together in a silky panna cotta, creating a hauntingly warm embrace of autumn comfort.
Indulge yourself in Executive Chef Orna Larkin’s Orange and Blackberry Tart – a delightful whipped caramel cheesecake delicately infused with bright orange zest, offering a wickedly smooth balance of sweetness and intrigue.
Orna’s Miso Chocolate Tart, a dark and decadent tart with a fudgy miso chocolate centre and crisp shortbread crust delivers a mysterious indulgence for the season; and last but not least a Raspberry and White Chocolate Macaron – a raspberry pâte de fruit and whipped white chocolate ganache meet in a ghostly pale macaron that playfully captures the spirit of Halloween.
