A new three-course Autumn Early Bird dining menu has been launched in The Lobby Lounge and is available from Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm.

Settle in and take your seat and enjoy a selection of Snacks prepared by Chef to begin, including the delicious Cacoi e Pepe Fritters with broad bean pesto…

Starters include the House Caesar Salad; Prawn Cocktail with avocado trout caviar and Chef’s Soup of the Day.

Follow with main courses including Chicken Saltimbocca, a tender chicken breast with prosciutto crudo, sage, mozzarella and served with Pan Jus, Mash Potato and Green Beans;

Pan Fried Seabass served with Ginger and Carrot Purée, Broad Beans and Spring Onion and Tomato Risotto –Basil Butter, Cherry Tomatoes & Crispy Parmesan.

If you still have room for dessert or some cheese, enjoy one of the Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Orna Larkin’s delicious creations including warm Apple & Date Crumble with homemade rum and raisin ice cream or Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream; or choose a Cheesemonger’s Choice  with Durrus and Cashel Blue cheeses.

The Autumn Early Bird dining experience is available now until November 21st and is priced at just €39.00 per person.
