Siam Thai Rathmines turned up the heat this season with the glamorous launch of its brand new Satori Cocktail Menu and Summer Bites Menu available exclusively at the Dublin 6 restaurant, offering guests a vibrant taste of summer with an Asian twist. The exclusive event drew a glittering crowd of celebrities, influencers, and food lovers, who gathered to sip, savour, and celebrate the bold new flavours of the drinks and bites.Guests were among the first to sample the Satori cocktails – a curated collection of handcrafted drinks inspired by Eastern botanicals and modern mixology – perfectly paired with light, zesty summer bites designed to refresh and delight.
Siam Thai’s summer bites menu is available exclusively in the Rathmines location and has delicious new nibbles such as chicken satay skewers, duck spring rolls and honey crumbed prawns which can be ordered whilst sipping a cocktail in the bar as an accompaniment to the drinks.
The launch of Siam Thai’s new menus were animated with music by Owen Brady who featured on the Sex and the City soundtrack, a buzzing summer atmosphere, and appearances by some of Ireland’s favourite familiar faces, the night was a fitting toast to the season of flavour and fun!
