Transforming both the front terrace and its Nurserie terrace into a sea of royal blue – adorned with Pommery umbrellas, plush cushions, cozy blankets, and a dedicated champagne bar. The spaces are perfect for both daytime relaxation and evening catch-up with friends. Guests can indulge in a curated selection of Pommery Champagnes, meticulously paired with a menu designed to complement the exquisite flavors of the champagne offerings.
The champagne menu (attached) boasts highlights such as the flagship Pommery Brut Royal, the delightful Pommery Brut Royal Rosé NV, the luxurious Pommery Special Cuvée, the prestigious Pommery Apanage Rosé NV, and the complex Pommery Cuvée Louise Vintage 2008. In addition, the terrace offers signature champagne cocktails like the French 75, Dylan Champagne Bellini, and Elderflower Pommery Spritz. The gourmet delights include Royal Oscietra Caviar, a charcuterie and cheese platter, a seafood platter, Roaring Water Bay Mussels, Carlingford Rock Oysters, and a classic prawn cocktail.
