Dundrum, Dublin – Brickyard Gastropub is thrilled to announce the return of ‘Wing Fest’, now an anticipated annual event for mouth-watering wing and craft beer lovers of Dublin. Renowned for its legendary wings, hailed as some of the best in the country, Brickyard Gastropub invites wing connoisseurs to indulge in a culinary adventure they will love.

This marks the third instalment of Wing Fest, with each year surpassing expectations and delighting attendees. Partnering with their brewing label, TwoSides, the Brickyard team promises Wing Fest to be a tantalising lineup of bespoke flavours, including fan favourites like Chorizo Hot Sauce and Fercullen Falls Whiskey & Coke BBQ Sauce. Additionally, patrons can savour unique homemade sauces such as Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce and Hoisin Confit Duck Wings, ensuring there’s something to please every palate, traditional or bold. Super vegan and vegetarian options are also covered with Brickyard’s delectable Cauliflower “wings.”

“Wings Fest is really exciting for us because it gives us an opportunity to be a bit experimental with our sauces and try out some new things, and given the fact that we already have a reputation for having some of the best wings in the country, our customers get really excited about it too! All of the sauces are made in-house, and my personal favourite is the mango and habanero – it packs a punch from fresh habanero chillies, but that heat is tempered by the tropical sweetness of the mango. It’s definitely something you’re not going to find elsewhere!” Says Brickyard co-owner Simon Moore.

Wing Fest will feature beer and wing pairings, with all pints of TwoSides beer available for only €5.50. The event will run from 4 pm daily, starting Thursday April 18th through to Sunday April 21st, promising a delectable journey of a variety of flavours and beer combinations.
