Bobo's is a neighbourhood diner, where you can get Real Gourmet Irish Burgers!

Here at Bobos Burgers we're all about...well...The Burgers. We spend time to create Gourmet Irish Burgers that tantalise the tastebuds and pride ourselves on the quality of the produce we use. Everything on the menu is carefully selected to deliver the highest quality to your plate and palate.

While it is well known that the 'first bite is with the eye' we extend this to the decor to create a unique dining experience in Dublin. Far from just another burger restaurant we are dedicated to making the atmosphere and the food in sync.

Since opening the first Bobos on Wexford Street Dublin we have expanded onto Dublin's premiere boulevard Dame Street and since July 2016 have opened our first restaurant on the Northside of the Dublin's City Centre located @ 74 Middle Abbey Street just off O'Connell Street.

All beef burgers are 7oz ( 200g ) patties made from top quality prime young Heifer meat under 24 months old supplied by a Master Butcher.

100% Irish and fully traceable. 100% Irish Bord Bia quality assured Chicken born & reared in the Glin Valley. We NEVER use frozen meat.

  • Literally a stone’s throw from The Spire on O’Connell Street is M&L Chinese Restaurant - as authentic a Chinese as you will find. A huge menu is on offer but it’s best to ask the staff to recommend something for you!

Across the road is it’s sister venue, The Vintage Teapot - this place is a gem - a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, boasting many Chinese teas. They also have a private dining room upstairs - step back in time with beautiful Oriental paintings and furnishings.

“A big, bustling largely Sichuanese restaurant just off O’Connell Street with a huge Chinese following. Excellent cooking, fairly spartan premises but fabulous gems on the Chinese menu (ask the staff to order for you). Friendly, fun, lip-tingling and very decent value for money. M&L commands remarkable loyalty amongst its devotees.” - Tom Doorley

  • The "dream" began with the desire to bring pizza perfection from Italy to Ireland to satisfy the increasingly discerning palates of Irish customers. In 1995 the dream turned into reality with the opening of the first Milano restaurant in Dawson Street, Dublin.

Dublin had never experienced such pizza perfection before! The first Milano soon became a favourite due to its relaxed and sociable atmosphere as well as for its fabulous pizzas and salads. The restaurant was frequently mentioned as a favourite meeting place of several modern Irish writers and artists.

The demand for pizza perfection grew and Milano restaurants, each with their own distinctive personalities and styles, opened in Temple Bar, Cork, Galway, Limerick, at the IFSC in Dublin, Dundrum new town centre and at Grand Canal Harbour.

New Milano restaurants have been springing up for the last few years. The most recent Milanos have opened at Haddington Road and Ranelagh in Dublin, as well as in Ennis and Killarney. These are set to become firm favourites with local workers and residents as well as tourists.

  • New York City, 1965. A New York City perfume salesman named Alan Stillman walks into a bar located at First Avenue and 63rd Street. His idea was to attract trendy models and stewardesses into the neighborhood by jazzing up this unassuming beer joint. Single-handedly, the perfume man turns this modest location into an instant success. He called it TGI Fridays™.

Built upon a legacy of great food, inventive drinks and big fun, Fridays™ has become a favorite place for friends to congregate together and enjoy a casual dining experience. We have brought the world such famous signature items as our Loaded Potato Skins, Chicken Fingers, Buffalo Wings, our Jack Daniel’s Grill® and classic concoctions like our Signature Margarita and the Ultimate Mudslide. The flips and spins of our ingenius flair bartending have become legendary, not to mention our wait staff’s unstoppable service and never-ending smiles. Today, we have more than 931 TGI Fridays™ in some 60 countries worldwide. And, since every day is Friday at TGI Fridays™ that’s 6,517 Fridays™ every single week.

  • When The Winding Stair opened its door, as a restaurant, in August 2006, Dubliners flocked to see what all the fuss was about. Here was a restaurant serving simple, homecooked and most importantly all Irish food in a little room overlooking the river Liffey.

A gastro-pub style of cuisine but using only seasonal Irish produce where possible and an army of well-trained friendly staff who were ready to explain this ethos to the diners. The room itself is always buzzing.

The venue had occupied a special place in Dubliner’s hearts, having been a famous landmark bookshop and café for many years and photographs of its famous visitors line the entrance to the bathrooms.

For a truly urban view over the river Liffey and the finest examples of Irish produce treated with care and respect, there is no better place than the quirky Winding Stair. It’s always busy so book early to avoid disappointment!

  •  The Woollen Mills has been one of the most iconic buildings and businesses in Dublin for over one hundred years, and to have taken over this site is a serious privilege. To this end, we hope that The Woollen Mills be quintessentially Irish, local and of its locale.
We want it to be an 'Eating House', a house of food, a place to grab a serious coffee and bun, a serious plate of Irish ham and chips, a place to take home a box of salads and scones, sourdough and sausage rolls, or sit with seven courses of anchovies and crab and herrings and pork and beef rib, overlooking the Ha'penny Bridge and Liffey with a fine bottle of red. Or a craft beer!
The building is over four floors and is (almost) literally on top of the bridge, with double aspect windows and a roof terrace onto the ultimate Dublin cityscape. It is truly magical and so so special. We have our own bakery and will have a large retail and take-out emphasis, so passing folk can buy our breads, pastries and cakes, as well as choose from a huge sandwich and salad selection during the day. If you sit long enough, you will see at least one person you know!

  • At The Yarn we wanted our pizzas to be a little easier to share, a little easier to pick up (as you wander onto the roof with a cocktail) and a little crisper.

We didn't want a base quite as crispy as a Roma pie and so, after Ian Connolly, our executive chef returned from a stint training in a pizza academy in Lazio, along with his chief pizza maker, we realised the style we were after was an 'Italiano' base - softer than a Roma, but cooked at the same temperature, with a Neapolitan style crust. The closest in style would be a New York pizza which was brought from Napoli and adapted to American tastes, so as to create a pick-able up-able slice.

The toppings are inspired by Ian's trip to Lazio but with lots of Irish & American influences also.

We cater for all events, big and small. Intimate and, well, LARGE. We can host your Opening, Product Launch, Staff Party, Wedding, Wedding After-Party, Birthday, Hen or Divorce Party.

Whatever your event, talk to us and we'll try to look after you, tailoring a menu to suit. We can also run a cash bar if your budget doesn't stretch to covering your booze-hound mates!

  • Urban Brewing is the newest addition to the exciting and ever developing Dublin Docklands, combining a craft brewery with two unique bars and its own Stack A Restaurant within. We’ve created our intimate home in a stunning, vaulted 19th century warehouse space in the CHQ Building. Our venue is a mix of offerings that is inspired by travels and journeys of our own and suits any occasion. A briefly detailed outline is shared below.

    Stack A Restaurant

Located in our 200-year-old vaults, an architectural masterpiece in its own right, Stack A is a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or larger groups up to 250 people. Due to the layout of the vaults, each separated by a wonderful wall of brick and stone, it makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and setting. Serving both lunch and dinner, group menus, canapes and a lot more, it is a unique space to bring your relatives, friends or clients.

    Hop Garden

A large terrace, fully heated and covered is an ideal all year-round spot to enjoy a drink, bite or coffee.

    Taps & Tapas

Our most social, informal and vibrant space. With its own dedicated open kitchen, crafting an array of international tapas style dishes, two fully licensed bars that offer over 200 beers, over 100 wines by the glass and bottle, as well as very selective spirits and inventive cocktails. Whether you prefer the bright and modern surroundings of our mezzanine overlooking the waterfront or prefer the more intimate setting of our vault bar, there is always a spot and a smile waiting for you.

    Brewmasters’ Table

This is a private area that can accommodate 16 guests sitting or 25 standing. It is where our own brews ferment and age in different barrels. Be it for a tasting, a food and wine / beer pairing or simply a more exclusive get together, it always makes for a memorable experience. Brewery Tours With the first of its kind brewery in Ireland, we are well suited to offer a variety of brewery tour packages and tastings. These can be organised in advance and a highlight we are really proud off. During these tours you get to immerse yourself in the brewing process, taste whichever beers we are pouring at the time and meet the brewers for a more in depth and approachable chat.
