Our Menu
Our fish, chicken, duck and lamb are selected by our head chef from quality assured Irish farms whose origin is quoted on our seasonal menus. Our signature steaks matured for a minimum of 28 days for maximum flavour and tenderness chosen by our master butcher, Harry Buckley, who also ensures that we use only 100 percent Irish Hereford beef.
We work with a limited number of wine suppliers who visit the winemakers to ensure that each vintage in our impressive range of wines has been carefully chosen from grape to glass.
In addition to our carefully selected menu, our extensive range of cocktails are expertly mixed by our team of mixologists who use the best ingredients to produce outstanding drinks that are not to be missed.

3 Leaves is a unique Indian casual dining room, situated in the heart of Blackrock Market in south county Dublin. This friendly restaurant is run by passionate husband and wife team Chef Santhosh and Milli.
The name 3 Leaves originated from the three herbs commonly used in Indian cuisine – Mint, Coriander and Curry Leaves.
We started as a tiny little stall in Blackrock Market, preparing Indian food lovingly cooked, and served with the warmest service and never-ending smile.

Aqua Restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience.
Travel just 25 minutes outside of Dublin City Centre or from Dublin Airport to discover Howth, a picturesque fishing village. The harbour offers a gorgeous respite from the City hustle and bustle during the day, and at night is lit up with returning fishing boats delivering their catch to local restaurants.
Aqua sits at the very end of the West Pier in the first floor of a building that in a former life belonged to Howth Sailing Club. From the dining area you can enjoy through floor to ceiling windows, the panoramic view across Howth sound to the island of Ireland’s Eye, a magical island both visually and historically. The views are truly legendary and mentioned often in reviews of Aqua! From the east facing windows of the restaurant the full splendour of the harbour, the marina, and the working fishing pier can be enjoyed.

Guests are encouraged to help serve the person on both sides of them, helping to add to the conviviality and atmosphere of the table.
After enjoying The Strawberry Tree dessert plate, guests can help themselves to some wonderful Organic Cheeses, which are kept at perfect temperature in our Wild Foods Pantry.
Even the menu is presented in a different style in that rather than the recipe been highlighted, it is the supplier, farmer or artisan producer that is named and acknowledged.
Macreddin Village is known as the Food Village and it's easy to see why. With a variety of venues onsite offering free range, organic and wild food options, you can savour great food in sublime settings.
The person behind this food philosophy is Evan Doyle. Evan is a member of Euro-toques and has hosted the National Food Forum for many years. He has been strongly connected with The Slow Food Movement in Ireland.

We bring the edge, it’s that simple. It’s what makes our burger so special – an edge like no other burger. Our smash and swirl technique, using specially fabricated steel smashers, gives us a jagged crispy edge all around the burger. It’s why that first bite has crispy aged-beef followed by a juicy explosion!
We use Irish Beef from small heard cattle only 45 minutes from Dublin. We developed the ultimate smash burger blend by combining various cuts with an aged profile. The result is our secret blend created for the science of the smash. It holds up to high intensity temperatures without losing moisture, delivering maximum surface area crust with a ridiculously juicy centre.
Our mission is to modernise. To subtly evolve the smash burger from its historic simplicity to a complex flavoured interpretation. We created an old-school American style diner burger with a grown up palate. We hit the nostalgic notes of the fast food burgers you grew up with, balanced with an adult flavour profile. Our classic handheld beef burger hits with an insanely different explosion of flavour.
Our Capel Street location has more seats, a large terrace for the summer and beers on tap. Our idea is to serve quality as quickly as we can in a fun atmosphere with killer tunes. We're open from 12pm to 9pm everyday, walk-ins only.

We are open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm and we serve lunch on Friday and Saturday from 12.30. In 2025 we will be offering a more casual menu with individually priced dishes and the option of creating a chefs menu from these dishes. We will have a full snack menu in both the restaurant and cocktail bar.
Our restaurant offers a selection of private booths and private dining rooms perfect for any occasion. In the main dining area, we feature our original high bar tables, which are available for walk-ins and special requests.

Our new covered terrace is fully heated, covered and waterproof and features all the classic furniture associated with Delahunt – marble tabletops, bespoke leather banquets and the amazing Delahunt welcome. We’re very proud of the space and we believe it is both unique and exclusive. The terrace is perfect for groups and can seat up to 16 guests (minimum private hire is 10 guest), to book please email us, info@delahunt.ie.
Our original snugs include the cash booth which can seat up to 10 guests and has hosted many high profile visitors such as Prince Harry & Meghan Markle. Its a wonderful room for that family get together or discreet business meeting. Our chefs can be viwed on the pass from the booth.
Our romantic window love seat can accompodate 2 guests where you can watch the world go by and have that intimate dining experience.

We are delighted to introduce to you our Executive Head Chef Daniel Willimont, originally from the UK Daniel began his journey at The Royal College of Catering in Cheltenham, England. His weekends were spent in kitchens alongside Raymond Le Blanc and Gordon Ramsey as well as reputable Bakeries and Butchers gaining invaluable experience he applies throughout his professional career in the kitchen. Beginning his career in fine dining restaurants and hotels, in the beautiful scenic region of the Cotswolds, England. Daniels plan was to temporarily re-locate to Ireland in 2003 after finishing work in a 2 Michelin Star restaurant he wanted to recharge his batteries and focus on his international travels. His mother a Waterford native and father a Londoner were building a house in Mayo in which he lent a hand and fell in love with Ireland. The rest is history…
Daniel is classically trained in French Cuisine; but during his life travels he has gained further skills not only about cooking and preparing food but also in the understanding of methods and use of ingredients. His strong passion for all elements of cooking have led him to develop garden and estate grown produce reinforcing his ethos of using only locally sourced produce and home grown ingredients for his dishes. Throughout Daniels career he has grown and developed businesses from small operations to successfully achieving Michelin BIB Gourmand status.
