Our chefs work together to create vibrant, seasonal dishes with ingredients from the surrounding Boyne Valley. We have developed our menus to offer exceptionally good Irish cuisine with a pan Asian twist.
Our chef team are the driving force behind our ‘home grown’ love-of-food philosophy, taking time and effort to source quality, fresh ingredients from local Meath producers.
Our field-to-fork ethos is reflected in our self-sufficient kitchen: everything we serve is handmade in our kitchen: from artisanal bread, to jams – to a tower of fresh pavlovas and ice cream (we have 4 pastry chefs in-house!) – and even our (home) hay-smoked salmon.

The Bailey Brasserie offers a lively and bright atmosphere during the day, making it the ideal spot for a casual bite to eat with family and friends. We serve delicious, seasonal Irish home cooking with flavours inspired by Asia and Europe. Our menu features standout options like The Bailey Brasserie Burger, a succulent 10oz Sirloin Steak, and Grilled Seabass & Bok Choi.

Sunday Lunch at Jules Restaurant
There’s nothing quite like a good Sunday lunch, and Jules Restaurant offers the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely afternoon lunch. Available every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, the menu features the finest seasonal produce from the Boyne Valley and beyond. From classic roast sirloin of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings to lighter mains like fillet of salmon, there is something to suit every taste. And, of course, don’t forget to save room for the irresistible desserts, including warm chocolate fondant and raspberry roulade. After the delicious meal, enjoy a leisurely scenic walk along the River Boyne. It’s the ideal way to top off the perfect afternoon.
