Featuring the freshest Irish produce, begin your meal with a range of seasonal snacks, before starters of Gin Cured Organic Salmon with Confit Egg Yolk, Caviar and Crispy Skin; Kelly’s Oyster Emulsion with Charcoaled Lettuce, Watercress Soup and Fermented Cream; King Scallops and Andarl Farm Crispy Pork Belly served with Carbonara Sauce and Quail Egg, or a Vegan Vegetable Terrine with House Cured Piccalilli, Smoked Aubergine and Sour Dough.
Then, choose from a range of sumptuous main courses including Spinach-Crusted Turbot with Kilkeel Crab, Bisque Cappuccino and Vanilla Salsify; Rump of Lamb served with Pepper Coulis, King Oyster Mushroom and Lamb Jus; Seared Fillet of Beef with Beef Cheek Millefuille, Celeriac and Purple Carrot, and Oven-Baked Egg Plant with Oil-Preserved Grilled Vegetables and Pepper Tuile.
