Spoil Mum this Mother’s Day with a special Hendricks Infusion Afternoon Tea experience in the stylish surroundings of 10 Fleet Street Bar & Restaurant at The Morgan Hotel.
Prepared by the hotel’s team of chefs, savoury treats include miniature sandwiches of crab, lime crème fraiche, chive and lime gel; smoked salmon with dill aioli and pickled cucumber on treacle brown bread; soy-infused chicken, garlic and tomato on herb focaccia croustade; aged balsamic rare beef with cured beetroot and horseradish purée, and orange, pomegranate, lemon, rocket and pea-shoots.
Then, indulge in decadent desserts of sinful lemon mascarpone cheesecake; vegan chocolate with orange jelly, and mini donuts with warmed chocolate sauce. Guests will also enjoy fluffy homemade scones with all the trimmings, and signature Morgan hazelnut bread with a banana caramel infusion.
