Old Post Office, the new fine dining Sichuan restaurant aptly named after one of Blackrock’s oldest and most iconic buildings, the original post office of Blackrock, is already becoming the cornerstone of elevated Asian cookery in the southside Dublin suburb.
Easily accessible from the city centre by DART, our new restaurant represents the best of Chinese cooking showcasing flavours distinctly inherent to the Sichuan region while playing host to some of the most stunning views overlooking Dublin Bay.
Our menu which is derived from the Sichuan region in south west China is recreated using the best ingredients to bring you the most authentically elevated Chinese dining experience. Our Head Chef, Yu Shucheng, recruited directly from the Sichuan region is at the helm of the kitchen and is dedicated to the integrity of authentic Sichuan cooking. Specialising in traditional techniques, our chef focuses on the finest quality produce to create distinctively flavoured dishes.
From the décor to the food, our commitment to our eastern heritage blended with contemporary western influence is evident in everything we offer.
