Gourmet Food Parlour’s ethos is to produce healthy, nutritious, affordable food sourcing local ingredients and using local suppliers where possible. Established in 2006 with a restaurant in Dun Laoghaire, there are now 10 locations across Dublin and Galway including a state-of-the-art catering kitchen in Santry.
Lorraine Heskin is Founder and CEO of Gourmet Food Parlour. Lorraine looks after the operational and day to day running of the business. She is very ‘hands on’ in her role and her attention to detail can be seen in every aspect of the restaurants and catering sectors. Lorraine has grown GFP into a very successful business employing over 300 people across its 10 locations.
The Gourmet Team
We’re only as good as our team, so it’s a good thing ours is totally brilliant! Consistency is key though, so we employ the best people, then train them in the Gourmet Food Parlour way at our training academy. From floor staff to front of house, everyone has been thoroughly schooled with one goal in mind: ensuring our guests have a fantastic Gourmet experience.
We have restaurants in some of the best spots in Dublin. Serving wholesome food from morning till night and offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten–free and children’s options. We have every meal and everyone catered for.
