During the summer months guests can enjoy the light sea breeze on The Terrace which adjoins Indigo Lounge.

Knights Bar truly is the jewel in the crown of this extraordinary 12th century castle, a beautiful room with its polished wooden floors, warm leather banquettes & classic upholstered booths, open fireplaces & ornate pitched ceiling. Visitors will experience a journey through modern Irish cuisine with carefully designed contemporary menus served in an enchanting 12thcentury Irish bar, Knights Bar has the perfect blend of contemporary sophistication & welcoming ambience.

Knights has in recent years become a stalwart of the Dublin Gastro Bar scene, delivering exceptional dishes created by Executive Head Chef, Paul Devoy, using only the very best of local produce, of which there is no shortage thanks to the hotels envious stone’s throw from the beautiful north Dublin coastline and Howth, the home of Dublin fresh fish and seafood.

It is however, the warm, caring and familiar service delivery by a dedicated team that boasts amongst its ranks many team members who have been with the Castle for years, guaranteeing all that frequent a wonderful genuine experience.
