Steak perfection takes time
All of our beef is sourced from the finest Irish Black Angus herds. Our butcher uses traditional dry ageing methods and hangs our beef for a minimum of 35 days. This dry ageing process creates a far superior depth of flavour. This is achieved in two ways, firstly the process removes moisture from the meat creating a greater concentration of flavour and secondly the natural enzymes break down the muscle and tissue resulting in a far more tender piece of meat.

The Club Room is what makes Brookwood so special. Situated on the top floor, there is no other private dining room like it in Dublin. This luxurious room has been designed to the best possible standard. The room features a Bang & Olufsen 50″ flat screen TV and music system, perfect for presentations or any sporting events. Exclusively to our Club Room guests we offer a premium bottle service and a private waiter who will ensure you a top class experience no matter what the occasion. This room is perfect for business presentations, matchday meals, family gatherings, or simply just great food and drinks with friends.
