Dromoland Castle is delighted to announce their partnership with Michelin-star chef, Derry Clarke of l’Ecrivain. In celebration of the partnership, Derry, alongside his wife Sallyanne, will bring a touch of their Michelin-star restaurant, l’Ecrivain to the Earl of Thomond Restaurant at Dromoland Castle, offering a truly unique experience for one weekend only on the 15th and 16th of November.

Enjoy an exciting evening of exquisite cuisine and fine wines carefully created by Chef Derry Clarke and his team in collaboration with Executive Head Chef at Dromoland Castle, David McCann and his brigade of chefs. Together, both chefs have created an exclusive six-course tasting menu inspired by the finest artisan produce from Co. Clare’s outstanding local suppliers. With Sallyanne’s warm welcome front of house alongside The Castle’s Maître D’ Se Gardiner and his team, this is truly a very special evening not to be missed.

From €540 per person, arrive for two nights luxurious bed and breakfast on Friday, 15th November. On Saturday, 16th November, the exciting evening will begin with welcome aperitifs and canapés on arrival on the Castle’s magical Terrace and Gallery followed by a stunning six-course tasting menu in the Earl of Thomond Restaurant with some favourites from Michelin-star restaurant, l’Ecrivain alongside six sublime wines carefully matched and chosen by Head Sommelier at Dromoland Castle, Ian Scott.
