The award-winning Lismore Food Company will showcase their exciting brand new range of gluten-free premium snacks at Gifted which include air dried apple snacks which come either uncoated or dipped in milk or dark chocolate.

The three biscuiteers, Ken Madden, his brother Owen and his partner Beth-Ann Smith all come from varying backgrounds but have a combined family tradition of baking which goes back 200 years.

The Wild Irish Foragers and Preservers offer a taste of nostalgia for the festive season with their selection of preserves and syrups made from old, almost forgotten recipes of a bygone era.
