The Corkscrew’s very own Tomasz Szczepanski has carefully selected a variety of wines to accompany the menu.

The second dish of the evening will be Wild Boar Polish Dumplings accompanied with brown butter, caramelized onions paired with Aubert & Mathieu, Terrasses du Larzac 2016.

The penultimate course will be White Asparagus Ice-Cream with nigella seeds & kajmak. This will be paired with Zantho, Eiswein Gruner Veltliner  2016

Your final course of the evening will be Prunes soaked in Plum Vodka with Smoked Yogurt and Pumpernickel rye. Enjoy this delicious dish with Justino’s Fine Rich 5 Year Old Reserve Madeira.
