Begin your evening with a glass of Prosecco, before indulging in this special tasting menu, starting with a Slow Roast Tomato & Thyme Soup. Then, enjoy a juicy Grilled Hake Fillet; Smoked Salmon & King Prawn Tian, and Duck Liver & Port Parfait with Cranberry & Pink Gin Chutney.
Next, move onto Seared Sea Bass with Grilled Garlic Cauliflower, and enjoy sumptuous Slow-Cooked Pork Belly.
The tasting menu will finish with Mulled Wine Poached Pear, served with dark chocolate sauce and shortbread biscuit.
