The chocolatey Quesadilla will be available to Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Derry Deliveroo customers
This Mexican/Chocolate fusion will be available for a limited time only and exclusively through Quesadillas by Boojum
Easter is an annual holiday celebrated usually with time off work and an opportunity to stuff one’s face with chocolate eggs… it’s been like this since we can remember, and we’re happy to oblige, but how about doing things a little different… Easter with a twist!
Ireland is about to experience Easter 2019 with a fiery Mexican twist as Deliveroo partners with Boojum’s new sister Deliveroo restaurant Quesadillas by Boojum to create a chocolatey, gooey first – Creme Egg Quesadillas.
The sweet and savoury food fusion will consist of 2 Creme Eggs, white and dark chocolate, finished with a drizzle of yoke-coloured white chocolate, all melted in a crisp warm tortilla.
Boojum has long been considered the Food Messiah of Ireland, with their burritos making the 4th most ordered dish globally on Deliveroo in 2018, and the food favourite has risen again to create this bespoke miracle for Easter
The Mexican burrito bar has also recently launched their range of delicious, authentic quesadillas, packed with the freshest ingredients and loaded with cheese, exclusively for Deliveroo customers, much to the delight of the nation.
Joe Groves Deliveroo says: “It is a privilege to partner with the amazing team at Quesadillas by Boojum to bring this bizarre creation directly to our customers’ doorsteps or desks.
“Two things we absolutely love in Ireland are Boojum and chocolate, and since our creativity knows no bounds, we thought, ‘why not bring these two together?’”, they added.
The Creme Egg Quesadillas will be available exclusively from the Deliveroo app or website during Easter from Wednesday 17th April until Monday 22nd April – with Quesadillas by Boojum of Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Derry participating.
The dish is available at €9.50 (ROI) and £7.50 (NI).
Some like it hot. Others like it chocolatey. We like it both ways.
