Hastings Hotels, recently voted Ireland’s best luxury hotel group, have launched an Autumn Day Spa Experience designed to give the body a post-holiday treat.

The experience is available at the world-class ESPA spas on site at Culloden Estate in Holywood, Belfast and at Slieve Donard Resort in Newcastle, County Down.

The new Autumn Equinox Experience is designed to revive tired muscles and bring a renewed sense of wellbeing and clarity to mind and body.

The body is awakened with pure aromatherapeutic formulas of Eucalyptus and Tea Tree and advanced techniques such as Yogic stretches, while a Marma zone foot massage stimulates major organs which have a direct link to the body’s resilience.

A deeply invigorating back massage with cocooned hot towels is followed by a brightening pumpkin aromasque facial.

A sinus pressure-point release and scalp massage complete the journey, helping to boost energy levels, support the immune system, and bring a sense of balance.

The package (available Mon-Fri for £115 at Culloden and £120 at Slieve Donard) includes a light lunch and full use of spa facilities.

You can also get active with state-of-the-art gym and leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, infinity pool and a sea view that’s sure to soothe the soul during your Northern Ireland spa break.

There are also options to upgrade to an ESPA Ocean and Earth Body Wrap for £70 or an ESPA Salt and Oil Body Scrub for £35.

Overnight accommodation with breakfast is available from £100 pps at the five star Culloden Estate and Spa and from £75 pps at Slieve Donard Resort and Spa.

A £30 supplement applies on Saturdays and Sundays at both spas. See hastingshotels.com for further details.
